Creators earn on every trade of the tokens they launch, in ETH. Each buy and sell pays the standard trade fee, and the creator receives a fixed share of it. If the creator chose a creator tax at launch, all of that tax goes to the creator as well.
This applies on the bonding curve and keeps going after graduation, when trades go through the Uniswap v4 pool. The creator’s share of the standard fee is recorded for each token at launch, so a later change to the split does not affect tokens that already exist. See Fees for the full breakdown.
