How to reach the team, check network status and report a token.
Contact the team
Email the Gamapad team with your question. Describe what you tried to do and what happened, and add the details listed below so we can look it up quickly.
You can also reach us on X at @gamapadcom. Many questions are already answered in the FAQ.
What to include
A few details let us find your case on-chain right away:
- Your wallet address, the public address that starts with 0x.
- The transaction link from the explorer, if your question is about a trade, a launch or a claim.
- The token’s contract address, if your question is about a specific token.
- Screenshots of any error message, in the app or in your wallet.
Network status
If something isn’t working, check the Status page first. It shows, live:
- Network: whether the blockchain is reachable, its latest block and chain ID.
- Market data: whether the prices, charts, holders and balances on Gamapad are up to date or running behind.
- Trading: whether buying and selling work, on the bonding curve and on Uniswap.
- Token creation: whether new launches are open or paused.
- Contracts: the protocol contracts, with links to the explorer.
When market data is behind, trades still go through on-chain. Your balances on Gamapad catch up as soon as the data does.
Report a token
If a token impersonates a project, shows harmful content or links to something malicious, open its page, choose More actions and then Report token. Reports are reviewed by the Gamapad team. See Security for what happens after a report.
Official channels
@gamapadcom on X is the only official Gamapad account. There is no official Telegram, Discord or other channel. Announcements, partnerships and campaign news are posted there first.
Brand assets
You can use the Gamapad logo to refer to Gamapad, for example in an article, a video or a partner announcement.
- Logo: the Gamapad logo in high resolution (PNG)
- Mark: a small version for icons and tight spaces (PNG)
- Logo on dark background: the logo on a dark square, ready for avatars and cards (PNG)
Please don’t alter the logo: no recoloring, stretching or added effects. Don’t use it in a way that suggests Gamapad endorses your token or project.
